HR Specialist
Sibille joined NEC Laboratories Europe in 2006. As part of the HR team, she is a specialist in intern relations and manages the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for our diverse, international student body. From navigating complex visa and work permit requirements to serving as a dedicated point of contact throughout their residency, Sibille ensures every intern enjoys a seamless transition into our laboratories. Additionally, she coordinates with global universities and institutions to support visiting scientists and leads initiatives to maintain a culture of occupational safety for all staff members.
