  • Finance – Automating Corporate Actions Processing (2023-present): Corporate Actions are a pain point in the banking industry, as they are manually processed by specialists, relying on numerous unstructured or semi-structured SWIFT messages. This traditional approach is time-consuming, error-prone, and costly, leading to financial and compliance risks due to settlement delays, which hinders the industry's need for faster settlement cycles and automation. To address these challenges, we developed a Generative AI Agents-based approach offering the first viable industry solution to streamline and automate Corporate Actions processing, significantly reducing workload, errors, and costs, while simultaneously increasing efficiency and freeing up staff for more value-adding tasks. Launched in March 2025, the solution is actively used in daily business.
  • IT Service Management – Ticket Self-Resolution (2024-present): Ticket handling is a significant challenge across various industries, often involving multiple specialists manually processing diverse requests. The way errors are described in support tickets often varies significantly among users, making it challenging to identify and resolve recurring issues efficiently. Using tools like screenshots further complicates this, as they can present information inconsistently. To address these challenges, we develop a Generative AI solution designed to streamline and automate ticket handling. This solution empowers ticket handlers by enabling duplicate ticket detection, prioritization, and intelligent grouping, ultimately facilitating enhanced self-resolution capabilities. This significantly reduces workload and costs, while simultaneously increasing efficiency. Extended end-user testing with multiple partners is currently in progress.
  • Public Safety – Control Room Buddy (2025-present): The public contact landscape for emergency and public services is undergoing a significant transformation. A GenAI solution, combined with human oversight, that automates emergency and non-emergency contact, resource triage, and mobilization, presents a game-changing opportunity. Nowadays, call takers and dispatchers manually process information from various sources. This approach is time-consuming and can lead to delays and potential risks in emergency response. To address these challenges, we developed a Generative AI Agents-based solution focusing on supporting call takers and dispatchers, automating certain tasks like reporting and assessment so that people can focus on the most crucial tasks. This significantly reduces workload while simultaneously increasing efficiency and freeing up staff for more value-adding tasks. Product integration is currently in progress.
